📄 SHIPPING POLICY

Processing: We aim to get your orders out within 1-2 business days.

 

Shipping times: Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days, shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

 

Cost: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over  $60 AUD, or a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for smaller orders.

 

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

 

Note: To get your products to you faster, items may arrive in separate packages. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-12 business days. Can I track my package? Yes! Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. What if my item arrives damaged? We will replace it for free or issue a full refund. Just reach out to our support team with a photo of the item.
